Apparently there's this stuff at Trader Joe's called Cookie Butter. I've been hearing various people talk about the stuff like it's a legal version of crack. It's weird shit - it's buttery, but its made from some type of pulverized cookie, a shitload of sugar and oil, and has a slight gingerbread taste. I finally bought a jar to give it a shot, and...eh. It's cloyingly sweet, though not too bad with pretzels. Still, considering its pretty much a heart attack in a jar, I won't be buying it again. I thought it may be something like Nothing Bundt Cakes which are good, but women go freaking nuts for, so I offered some up to my betrothed, and she liked it less than I did. I hope it has a long shelf life. So you are going to be getting married (soon)? If so, congratulations! jump |

Bought some Pringles on a whim today.
They're Kickin' Chicken Taco flavored. As I'm a thrill-seeker of sorts, it sounded too horrible to pass up. They taste surprisingly chickenish in spite of the ingredients statement's total lack of anything chicken-y at all. I'm assuming the manufacturer has harnessed some ancient magic here.
