I've added a bunch of UT forums poster's names to the reserves. So if (you) indeed show up here to post as the username (you) use on the UT, send me a PM or email if you want to use it here.

It's gotten so friggen bad over there I was able to log in maybe 3 times the entire day. I imagine the Padre and Chargers forums are going crazy trying to get in. I notice a lot of ads popping up and side bars on the actual UT page so they must be dedicating time there rather than peek in on the forum. Maybe by the time they do it will be nothing but a pile of dust.

Maybe by the time they do it will be nothing but a pile of dust. The other day the forums landing page was going straight to the main UT page. So I tried the individual numbers (like f=138) to see if it just wasn't redirecting the request to the right place and all of the individual subforums were giving database errors as if they'd been purged. That's when I thought they'd finally pulled the plug for good. What blows me away is there's absolutely no feedback from whoever administers the place. To me that's sort of telling. |

The Padres, well it's the middle of the season, but they blow goats. 
Homer from the Padres forum created a new forum for Padres fans and BB has created this one for the GN.
I don't think anyone over on the Chargers side has created their own forum, but it really wouldn't be a bad idea.

Actually, I was going to add sports subforums but figured it would come off as ambitious on my part. And anyway, if someone really wants to discuss the Padres it's not like it won't physically work here. So feel free to start a Rollie Fingers thread or whatever it is they talk about over there (Steve Garvey?). eta:  |

You can edit your display name to whatever you want it to be.
It's under "profile", then "edit profile", then "personal", "display name".
